modprop studios is a 900 ft photo studio with south-western, sun filled exposures. the studio shares facilities with modprop.com, which is a full service, modern furniture, prop house in new york city.

by renting our photography studio, you can save $$$ on all furniture rentals, with immediate access to 1000's of great pieces in our inventory and no delivery fees.

we are located in the south west corner of the bronx, close to all major transport. access is available to our freight elevator.

a small make up/office area is adjacent to the studio + a separate dressing area is available as well.
